Prepare your enquiry
Preparing a tugboat charter enquiry
Describe the work, location and operating window. The nearest tug is not necessarily suitable or available; share what you know and clarify missing details with our team.
Prepare your enquiry
- Identify the vessel, barge, floating dock or structure, the task, proposed start, expected duration and flexible dates.
- Share available dimensions, draft, displacement and a technical sheet. State propulsion, steering or damage limitations. If the responsible technical party determined a required bollard pull, provide its basis; engine power alone does not establish towing capacity.
- Explain mobilisation, crew, equipment, agency coordination and return passage, and identify the authorised contact. Suitability, availability, weather limits and responsibilities need confirmation. Certificates and detailed planning can follow the initial enquiry.
