Lion Offshore Services LTD. is the data controller. Names, company details, email addresses, phone numbers, vessel/operation information and attachments you share are used to assess and answer enquiries and plan services. Do not send unnecessary personal or sensitive data.

In review mode, the form prepares text in your browser without automatically storing or sending it to the server. Information you send by email or WhatsApp is received through those channels. When normal submission mode is enabled, form data is stored in the enquiry system. Technical security records may also be processed.

Unconverted quotation/enquiry correspondence has a retention period of 12 months from the last contact. Records no longer needed may be deleted earlier. Records needed for contracts, accounting, legal duties or protection of rights are assessed separately for as long as the relevant requirement applies. The company manages retention and deletion reviews; this notice does not mean automatic deletion is running.

Processing is assessed in relation to contract preparation/performance at your request, applicable legal obligations and legitimate interests in security and protection of rights. Contact about an enquiry is not marketing consent. Limited sharing may be necessary with authorised staff, operational parties, hosting/email providers and competent authorities. Depending on the channels used, processing abroad may occur; applicable transfer conditions must be met separately.

Send requests for information, access, correction, deletion or other data rights to Göral Bostan at info@liontug.com. Minimum identity verification necessary for the request may be required. Requests are assessed under the rights and time limits of applicable law.
